About us

Zealand Food Truck made their mark in Christchurch with their signature pink waffle cone real fruit ice creams and toppings. For over seven years their business has been bringing joy to Christchurch/South Island events with their delicious ice creams in ten flavours, yoghurt and dairy free options.

We started with this adorable trailer.

We soon out grew the trailer and within a year we up-graded to a van. The following year we added a second van.

Stacey sold Christchurch real fruit ice cream to follow her dream where Zealand food truck was created.

Stacey spent the summer traveling the Bay of Plenty selling ice cream.

Zealand Food Truck has returned home with new and exciting products.
